I wanted to say what a powerful experience this 10 day challenge has been for me.
Day 2 was very interesting! I had been on a 2.5 hr hike, afterwards my joints were so sore. This is VERY unusual as I'm a runner and hiker. Later that night I thought maybe I was coming down with a virus.
These symptoms dissipated by the following evening as well as the full brain feeling. I'm a caffeine drinker (1 cup of coffee in the morning and 1 cappuccino in the afternoon). I was unaware how dependent I was!!!
Anyway, I'm feeling lighter/body efficient and energised if that makes sense. Unexpectedly busy these past days with my schedule and trying to get in a solid workout.
